Job Description

As a Telecom Network Engineer, you will be a crucial member of our technical team, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining telecommunication systems and networks. Your role will ensure the integrity and performance of our communication networks, contributing to the overall success of our projects and operations. You will work in close collaboration with other engineers and support staff to provide efficient and reliable telecommunications services. You will also be tasked with troubleshooting issues to quickly restore service when necessary. This position requires a deep understanding of telecom systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a high level of technical acumen.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain telecommunication systems and networks for optimal performance.
• Monitor network performance to proactively identify potential bottlenecks or failures.
• Work collaboratively with other engineers to resolve network issues efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in telecom network engineering or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, telecommunications systems, and current technologies.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing telecommunications infrastructure and solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on swift resolution and minimal downtime.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team dynamic.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for diverse technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with network management tools and software for monitoring purposes.
