About the Role
Join CLIENT Health’s Care Centres Strategy & Programs team and play a key role in transforming healthcare delivery. As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end management of a complex healthcare clinic build, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to bring innovative care spaces to life.
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact—shaping the patient journey, driving preventive care, and integrating next-gen technology and AI into healthcare.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a large-scale healthcare clinic construction project from planning to delivery.
- Oversee scope, execution, timelines, and budgets for multiple sub-projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure seamless communication across teams.
- Identify risks, create contingency plans, and resolve technical and business challenges.
- Negotiate changes in scope, budget, and timelines as needed.
What You Bring
- 7–10 years of senior-level project management experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- University degree or equivalent experience.
Nice-to-Haves
- PMP certification and familiarity with Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies.
- Experience in healthcare administration or clinic construction projects.
- Understanding of physical and virtual healthcare delivery models.
- Budget management experience for large-scale projects.
