About the Role

Join CLIENT Health’s Care Centres Strategy & Programs team and play a key role in transforming healthcare delivery. As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end management of a complex healthcare clinic build, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to bring innovative care spaces to life.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a large-scale healthcare clinic construction project from planning to delivery.
• Oversee scope, execution, timelines, and budgets for multiple sub-projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure seamless communication across teams.
• Identify risks, create contingency plans, and resolve technical and business challenges.
• Negotiate changes in scope, budget, and timelines as needed.

What You Bring

• 7–10 years of senior-level project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• University degree or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-Haves

• PMP certification and familiarity with Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies.
• Experience in healthcare administration or clinic construction projects.
• Understanding of physical and virtual healthcare delivery models.
• Budget management experience for large-scale projects.
