Job Purpose
Leads non-aeronautical commercial planning, concept development, and tender strategy across all assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop non-aeronautical commercial concepts, masterplans, and portfolio strategies
- Lead concession, property, and commercial tender processes
- Evaluate commercial investment and partnership proposals
- Ensure commercial viability and return on investment of new initiatives
- Coordinate with operations and finance on development plans
Experience Requirements
12–15 years’ experience in retail development, commercial planning, or real estate roles.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Real Estate, or Economics.
