  • Able to work independently with distributed development team and user base
  • Strong SDLC, Agile process knowledge and implementation of best practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
  • Process Map creation using Excel, PPT or Visio (As-IS and To-Be)
  • Expertise in technical feasibility assessment
  • Good communication skills
  • Collaboration with other developers for best practices sharing
