We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 3 to 4 years of experience in New Delhi location.

Skills we look for

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for websites, dashboards, and responsive digital products.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and usability testing to define user pain points and improve experience.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interactive UI layouts.
• Create high-fidelity interfaces with strong visual storytelling, typography, spacing, and component clarity.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
• Implement AI-based design tools or automation to accelerate workflows and enhance design output.
• Ensure brand consistency across product experiences, visual systems, and communication touchpoints.
• Hands-on experience in UI/UX design for websites and digital products.
• Strong visualisation skills: layout, composition, grids, colour theory, typography.
• Proficiency in interaction design, micro-interactions, and prototyping.
• Software expertise: Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop (bonus: After Effects).
• Experience in AI-powered design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving ability, and design rationale presentation skills.

Skills that make you a star

• Branding & identity design understanding (logos, brand guides, scalable visual systems).
• Knowledge of motion graphics / Lottie animations.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, e-commerce or B2B product environments.
• Awareness of new tech trends: Webflow, No-Code/Low-Code tools, Generative AI, etc.
