Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MBA, or related field.

7+ years in technology or product delivery within banking/financial services; 3+ years in blockchain,

digital assets, or real‑time payments; Bachelor’s in CS/IT/Engineering (Master’s preferred).

• Certifications valued: Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF), Security (CISSP/CISM),
  
  

Blockchain/DLT (Hyperledger, Corda, CBP), Agile (PMI‑ACP/Scrum).

• 2+ year experience in one of the major programming languages like Java, .Net , Python
• Deep knowledge of DLT platforms and smart contracts; expertise in custody architectures, HSM/MPC,
  
  

and key ceremonies.

• Proficiency in secure integration patterns (APIs, event streaming/Kafka), encryption standards
  
  

(TLS/PGP), and key management.

• Experience with performance tuning, throughput optimisation, and operational resilience for distributed
  
  

platforms.

• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and vendor governance; data‑driven
  
  

decision‑making.
