Your Role

  • Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute central business strategies and growth plans to scale the Elite Program across products and customer segments.
  • Digital Enablement: Design frameworks and initiatives to strengthen customer sourcing through digital journeys — including improving UI/UX, enabling digital product flows, and building reward and value-added service (VAS) stacks on the organization’s digital platforms.
  • Business Planning: Design and monitor business frameworks across product, marketing, communication, data, and customer experience to drive consistent program performance.
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with the call centre and branch sales teams to ensure delivery targets; monitor performance and drive productivity initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Analytics, Tech, Operations) and external partners to align on growth objectives and onboard relevant tools or offerings.
  • Program Execution: Lead business reviews, identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell, and ensure the overall customer and business KPIs are met in tandem with the sales team.
