Your Role
As a WLAN Test Engineer, you will be responsible for validating WLAN solutions and ensuring the stability and reliability of networking products. You’ll work closely with development and QA teams to perform protocol and system-level testing, automate workflows, and troubleshoot issues to deliver high-quality wireless networking solutions.

Your Role
As a WLAN Test Engineer, you will be responsible for validating WLAN solutions and ensuring the stability and reliability of networking products. You’ll work closely with development and QA teams to perform protocol and system-level testing, automate workflows, and troubleshoot issues to deliver high-quality wireless networking solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Perform protocol and system-level validations for WLAN solutions.
- Conduct manual testing of networking products with a focus on WLAN and networking protocols.
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Python to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and quality.
- Analyze test results, identify issues, and drive resolution through effective debugging.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation frameworks.
- Strong expertise in Python scripting and automation (mandatory).
- In-depth knowledge of WLAN technologies and networking fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience in manual testing of networking products.
- Familiarity with system test methodologies and stability testing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Passion for wireless networking technologies and delivering high-quality solutions.
