Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful project outcomes.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency in design processes.
- Solid foundation in interaction design and visual design principles, with the ability to create compelling wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets.
- Proven experience in shipping designs into production applications, with an understanding of development constraints and collaboration.
- Collaborative mindset, open to feedback, and capable of iterative design improvements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Design user experience and user interface components for product features under the guidance of senior designers.
- Apply design system components consistently across all projects to maintain visual and functional coherence.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Participate in usability testing sessions, analyze user feedback, and implement necessary improvements.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
- Contribute to design reviews and team critiques to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the design process.
