About The Role

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our Landmark Software & Services team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our applications, enhancing usability, clarity, and consistency across our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and senior designers, to translate complex workflows into seamless user experiences. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a creative professional to contribute to innovative digital solutions that empower our clients in the energy industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centered design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful project outcomes.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency in design processes.
• Solid foundation in interaction design and visual design principles, with the ability to create compelling wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets.
• Proven experience in shipping designs into production applications, with an understanding of development constraints and collaboration.
• Collaborative mindset, open to feedback, and capable of iterative design improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design user experience and user interface components for product features under the guidance of senior designers.
• Apply design system components consistently across all projects to maintain visual and functional coherence.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Participate in usability testing sessions, analyze user feedback, and implement necessary improvements.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Contribute to design reviews and team critiques to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
