About Dizplai

At Dizplai, we transform passive audiences into active communities that drive culture, conversation, and commerce. We partner with Premier League clubs, global motorsport organisations, Olympic sports federations, leading broadcasters, and multi-million subscriber creator networks across sports and entertainment, helping them turn attention into lasting commercial value.

By combining creative consultancy, interactive technology, and data-driven insights, we help unlock the full commercial potential of audiences. We're at the forefront of the shift where platforms are the new networks, creators are the new media companies, and fans want to belong, not just watch.

The Role

Are you creative with a knack for understanding diverse user needs within complex systems? Dizplai is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic UX Designer to join our dynamic product team in Manchester.

This incredible opportunity involves shaping the tools that connect content creators to their fan communities and contributing to high-profile projects. We're looking for someone who can establish a user experience that is both intuitive for today's customer needs and scalable for the future.

You'll play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of our software. The Dizplai platform empowers content creators to interact with their audiences and deliver engaging broadcasts. It’s an end-to-end environment encompassing social content aggregation, WebApps, gaming, broadcast graphics, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Usability: Act as the primary UX resource for the Product team, guiding them to deliver the best possible software products.
  • User Testing: Conduct user testing sessions with existing clients at various stages of product development to ensure we consistently meet their needs.
  • Product Research: Continuously research and analyze other tools, apps, and services with similar functionality, integrating industry best practices into Dizplai’s public and B2B service offerings.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Collaborate closely with the Product team to create wireframes and prototypes that effectively guide our product development cycle.
  • Visual Implementation: Ensure all products strictly adhere to Dizplai’s brand guidelines, and establish efficient working processes and delivery methods between the Product and Design teams. For client projects, you'll ensure their brand guidelines are meticulously applied to publicly distributed applications.

About You

  • Minimum three years of experience as a UX Designer, demonstrating a strong ability to work independently.
  • Skills in wireframing and prototyping in Figma are essential, used to collaborate with graphic designers, clearly articulate design concepts and guide the development process.
  • Proven expertise in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing intuitive and scalable solutions, ideally within complex software or B2B platforms.
  • A natural ability to uncover and empathise with diverse user needs, translating insights into effective, user-centric designs.
  • Strong experience in user research and testing, including conducting sessions directly with clients to gather feedback and validate solutions.
  • A meticulous eye for visual design and brand adherence, ensuring consistency for both Dizplai products and client-specific deliverables.
  • A proactive and collaborative spirit, eager to establish efficient processes between Product and Design teams and integrate industry best practices.
