HR Coordinator - Sheffield
37.5 hours per week - Hybrid working
Elevation Recruitment HR are proud to be working with a healthcare organisation who are seeking a HR Coordinator on a temporary basis for approximately 8 weeks in Sheffield with potential for the role to become permanent.

The successful candidate will help support with the day to day administration including recruitment admin, processing new starters, systems, supporting the on-boarding and pre-employment checks including:
- Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on routine HR queries and escalating complex issues where appropriate to the HR Advisor
- Provide administrative support across HR casework, including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence processes
- Support recruitment activity end to end, from adverts and approvals through to interviews, pre-employment checks and onboarding
- Maintain accurate HR records and systems, ensuring compliance with audit and data requirements.
- Produce HR reports and management information, supporting HR Advisors and the wider business.
- Co-ordinate mandatory training administration, keeping training records and matrices up to date and managers informed
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a healthcare, NHS, Education or public sector background and have sound system and technology knowledge. To apply for this role, you must be immediately available.
