We are looking for Agile Coach Senior, who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will:

Principais Responsabilidades

  • 1) Kanban – Upstream (Discovery)
  • Estruturar o Kanban upstream para triagem, qualificação e priorização de demanda (intake/triage, option pool, readiness policies).
  • Implementar políticas de entrada (Definition of Ready) e critérios de seleção baseados em capacidade e impacto.
  • Facilitar Upstream Kanban cadences: Replenishment, Strategy Review, Risk Review.
  • Construir classes de serviço, limites de WIP e SLAs de discovery; conectar upstream ao portfólio/OKRs.
  • 2) Kanban – Downstream (Delivery)
  • Modelar fluxos de entrega com estados claros (e.g., design → build → review → deploy → done).
  • Definir WIP, Classes de Serviço (e.g., Expedite, Fixed Date, Standard, Intangible) e Policies explícitas.
  • Medir e melhorar Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, Flow Efficiency e CFD (Cumulative Flow Diagram).
  • Promover cadências: Daily Flow Review, Service Delivery Review, Operations Review e Retrospectivas orientadas a dados.
  • 3) Coaching Multinível (Chapter, Squad, Tribe, Guild)
  • Squads: coaching hands-on; facilitação de cerimônias; remoção de impedimentos sistêmicos; melhoria do fluxo.
  • Chapters: padronização de práticas, políticas e dashboards; trilhas de capacitação; comunidades de prática.
  • Tribes: governança de portfólio com Kanban Flight Levels; gestão de dependências; alinhamento com OKRs.
  • Guilds: curadoria de conteúdo; fóruns de aprendizagem; benchmarks; roadmap de maturidade.
  • 4) Jira – Expert
  • Desenhar e manter Workflows Kanban (estados, transições, validators, conditions, post-functions).
  • Configurar Boards, Swimlanes, Quick Filters, WIP Limits, Card Colors e Automation Rules.
  • Implantar dashboards executivos e operacionais: CFD, Control Chart, Lead Time percentis, Aging WIP, Throughput trends.
  • Governar schemas de issue types, fields (custom), screens, permissions, versioning e integrações (Jira Align/Portfolio, Confluence, Bitbucket, DevOps).
  • Garantir data quality e taxonomias (componentes, labels, epics, initiatives).
  • 5) Métricas, Análise e Melhoria Contínua
  • Construir e monitorar Service Level Expectations (SLEs) com percentis (e.g., P50/P85/P95).
  • Rodar análises de variabilidade, aging work-in-progress e flow debt; conduzir ações de redução.
  • Conectar métricas de fluxo a outcomes de negócio (NPS, adoção, churn, tempo de resposta, satisfação interna).
  • Reportar em ritmos executivos: Health Check por Tribe, trend de previsibilidade, capacidade x demanda.
  • 6) Change Management & Cultura
  • Conduzir jornadas de adoção (mapa de stakeholders, comunicação, treinamento, coaching 1:1).
  • Estabelecer políticas explícitas e acordos de serviço (SLA/SLE, políticas de bloqueio, políticas de revisão).
  • Promover experimentos de melhoria (kaizens) e A3 problem solving.
  • Mandatory skills:

    • Domínio de Kanban (upstream e downstream) com aplicação prática comprovada em múltiplos times.
    • Experiência atuando em Chapter, Squad, Tribe e Guild (estrutura de Agile at Scale).
    • Jira avançado: workflows, automations, dashboards, control chart, CFD, governance e integrações.
    • Métricas de fluxo: Lead/Cycle Time, Throughput, WIP, CFD, Flow Efficiency, Aging WIP, percentis e SLEs.
    • Facilitação de cadências Kanban e práticas de Service Delivery.
    • Experiência com gestão de dependências e portfólio em ambientes multi-equipes.
    • Habilidade de coaching, comunicação, influência e formação de comunidades.
    • Português fluente; leitura técnica em inglês.


    Desirable Skills:

    • Certificações: AKC/AKP/KMP (Kanban University), PSK (Scrum.org), SAFe/Kanban Flight Levels.
    • Experiência com Jira Align, Confluence, Bitbucket/GitHub, Azure DevOps.
    • Background em Data & AI / Produto Digital B2C/B2B, e analytics orientado a valor.
    • Vivência com OKRs, product discovery, service design, SRE/DevOps.
    • Conhecimento em Lean, Theory of Constraints, Cost of Delay e Classes de Serviço avançadas.
