UX Designer

We are hiring an experienced UX Designer to join a global client engagement.

In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners, delivery teams, users, and SMEs to design intuitive, user-centred experiences across enterprise platforms.

The role involves facilitating discussions and workshops and actively engaging with users to ensure UX requirements and concerns are clearly understood and addressed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product teams, SMEs, Business Analysts (BAs), users, and stakeholders to understand business and user requirements.
• Translate requirements into effective UX design strategies and UI designs.
• Ensure designs align with business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Work with delivery squads to refine designs during implementation.
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries supporting interfaces.
  
  

Experience Required

• Workshop facilitation: Competent running requirements gathering workshops,
• Understanding and defining user flows to facilitate UI design.
• UI Design: Ability to translate user requirements and user journey flows into detailed UIdesigns,
• Good understanding of UI best practices and implications,
• Able to design in accordance with design systems as well as maintain and contribute to adesign system,
• Able to demonstrate designs / prototypes and capture feedback.
• User research skills: Able to carry out user research activities such as user testing or userinterviews,
• Assisting in capturing and understanding user experience pain points.
• Frontend knowledge is beneficial (CSS/HTML, basic React).
