fiskaly builds the infrastructure behind legally compliant digital receipts and secure transaction data. Our systems are used at scale in retail environments and must be reliable, auditable, and efficient.
Internally, we apply the same standards: we continuously challenge how work is done and actively use AI and automation to reduce manual effort and increase quality across the company.
💼 The Role
This internship is for students who want more than observation or busywork.
You will join one core team — for example Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Finance & Data, Marketing, Sales, HR, or Operations — and work on real processes from day one. Your task is not only to execute, but to understand, question, and improve how work is done.

- Improvement second: You identify bottlenecks and design AI-supported or automated solutions that make those processes measurably better.

- Analyzing real workflows and operational processes
- Identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Designing and implementing automations using tools like Make.com, n8n, or AI models
- Connecting systems and data sources to remove manual handovers
- Documenting and handing over solutions so they remain in use

- Think in systems and processes, not just tasks
- Naturally question manual or repetitive work
- Are comfortable experimenting with AI tools and automation platforms
- Learn fast and take ownership without needing step-by-step instructions
- You don’t need deep engineering skills, but you should already have hands-on experience or serious experimentation with tools such as:
- ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini
- Make.com, n8n
- Other AI or workflow tools
