💼 The Role

This internship is for students who want more than observation or busywork.

You will join one core team — for example Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Finance & Data, Marketing, Sales, HR, or Operations — and work on real processes from day one. Your task is not only to execute, but to understand, question, and improve how work is done.

Structure

• Execution first: You take ownership of operational tasks within your team to gain full context.
• Improvement second: You identify bottlenecks and design AI-supported or automated solutions that make those processes measurably better.
  
  
  

The expectation is clear: by the end of the internship, you have built something that saves time, reduces errors, or increases scalability.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Analyzing real workflows and operational processes
• Identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Designing and implementing automations using tools like Make.com, n8n, or AI models
• Connecting systems and data sources to remove manual handovers
• Documenting and handing over solutions so they remain in use

You’re likely a good fit if you:

• Think in systems and processes, not just tasks
• Naturally question manual or repetitive work
• Are comfortable experimenting with AI tools and automation platforms
• Learn fast and take ownership without needing step-by-step instructions
• You don’t need deep engineering skills, but you should already have hands-on experience or serious experimentation with tools such as:

• ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini
• Make.com, n8n
