Your responsibilites
- Manage and deliver SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects using SAP Activate and leading ERP project management practices
- Achieve results on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards with clear project milestones
- Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary, cross-functional, and international project teams, including external technology integration partners
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks, manage change requests, and maintain strong stakeholder communication
- Prepare and present management reports, PMO status updates, and steering committee materials for executive decision-making
- Degree in business administration, business informatics, or equivalent qualification
- Documented SAP Activate expertise (certification or extensive project portfolio in ERP/SAP transformation)
- Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience managing IT/SAP projects with agile or waterfall methodologies
- Skilled in project management tools like PPM Express, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, and experienced in both classical and agile frameworks
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
