Job Description

• Technische als auch wirtschaftliche Prüfung von Kundenanfragen
• Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
• Technische und kaufmännische Verhandlungen inkl. Vertragsgestaltung
• Betreuung bestehender Schlüsselkunden, Aufbau neuer Kundenbeziehungen und Erschließung zusätzlicher Märkte
• Erstellung von Sales Reports, Forecasts, Markt-, Mitbewerbs- und Kundenzufriedenheitsanalysen
• Auftragseingangs- und Kostenverantwortung
• Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Vertriebs- und Marktstrategien
  
  

Qualifications

• Höhere technische Ausbildung (HTL | FH | TU), idealerweise Maschinenbau; alternativ in Mechatronik, Verfahrenstechnik, Automatisierungstechnik o.ä.); eine kaufmännische Zusatzausbildung ist von Vorteil
• Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung im internationalen Sondermaschinen- oder Anlagenbau
• Internationale Reisebereitschaft (~25%)
• Versierter Umgang mit MS Office und CRM-Systemen
• Verhandlungsfähiges Englisch, jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil
• Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Genauigkeit
• Eigenverantwortung und Selbstständigkeit
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Verlässlichkeit
• Kommunikationsstärke, Deutsch C1
• Team- und Organisationsfähigkeit
• Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Flexibilität

Wir bieten ein Jahresbruttogehalt, das deutlich über dem kollektivvertraglichen Mindestbetrag von € 53.500 liegt. Dein tatsächliches Gehalt orientiert sich an der Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung – eine attraktive Überzahlung ist selbstverständlich.
