Job Description
- Technische als auch wirtschaftliche Prüfung von Kundenanfragen
- Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
- Technische und kaufmännische Verhandlungen inkl. Vertragsgestaltung
- Betreuung bestehender Schlüsselkunden, Aufbau neuer Kundenbeziehungen und Erschließung zusätzlicher Märkte
- Erstellung von Sales Reports, Forecasts, Markt-, Mitbewerbs- und Kundenzufriedenheitsanalysen
- Auftragseingangs- und Kostenverantwortung
- Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Vertriebs- und Marktstrategien
- Höhere technische Ausbildung (HTL | FH | TU), idealerweise Maschinenbau; alternativ in Mechatronik, Verfahrenstechnik, Automatisierungstechnik o.ä.); eine kaufmännische Zusatzausbildung ist von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung im internationalen Sondermaschinen- oder Anlagenbau
- Internationale Reisebereitschaft (~25%)
- Versierter Umgang mit MS Office und CRM-Systemen
- Verhandlungsfähiges Englisch, jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil
- Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Genauigkeit
- Eigenverantwortung und Selbstständigkeit
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Verlässlichkeit
- Kommunikationsstärke, Deutsch C1
- Team- und Organisationsfähigkeit
- Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Flexibilität
