Project Manager

For our European Location in Offenbach am Main (Frankfurt am Main) we are looking for a:

Project Manager/ Coordinator (f/m/d)

This position in Hyundai AutoEver Europe is for the enthusiastic career seekers who are willing to be exposed to various projects in the automotive industry on the web platform part. This position is responsible for manage/operates IT projects for clients along with development team members to achieve the project goals that will enhance the IT systems in web platform area mostly. Core activities involve managing & follow-up of the projects, knowledge management, and project communication to internal & external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management of Client's projects
• Project coordination with multiple external parties under single project
• Supporting platform system request from the internal & external clients
• Managing schedule, resource, contract baseline, and follow up with action items
• Managing M&O items to run the platform stable and preventive measures in place
• Documenting and managing system maintenance information up to date for knowledge management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven, hands-on experience in Project Management within the automotive industry
• Proven expertise in Atlassian products (Jira & Confluence)
• Strong knowledge of web platforms, including AEM or other CMS tools
• Excellent understanding of Internet technologies (CDN, web applications, etc.)
• Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong knowledge of SQL, MS VBA, and SAP applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

Nice to Have

• Experience managing AEM platforms for multi-country websites, particularly in European markets
• Exposure to SAP or Salesforce
