Data Entry Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Analyst to support data input, validation, and basic analysis activities.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring data quality, and supporting reporting and operational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems and databases.
• Review and verify data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Perform basic data checks, cleaning, and validation tasks.
• Organize datasets and maintain proper documentation and records.
• Assist in preparing simple reports and summaries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in data entry, data processing, or administrative roles is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic office tools.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality standards.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
