The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, supporting HR operations, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Respond to employee payroll queries and provide support as needed
- Assist with month-end reporting and payroll reconciliations
- Support HR with payroll-related administrative tasks
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes
- Previous payroll experience essential, ideally in a fast-paced environment in Ireland is preferably.
- Experience using Europay payroll software
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations in Ireland
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office
