- Svilupperai ed eseguirai piani strategici di prodotto
- Collaborerai con team cross-funzionali
- Analizzerai trend di mercato e feedback dei clienti
- Innoverai e migliorerai le caratteristiche dei prodotti
- Monitorerai le performance di prodotto e adattarai le strategie
- Hai una laurea magistrale in Economia, Marketing o discipline affini
- Hai un'esperienza lavorativa pregressa di 1-2 anni nel product management, marketing o ruoli simili, preferibilmente nel settore beauty
- Hai un'ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel
- Hai una forte passione del mondo Beauty e delle sue continue innovazioni
- Hai un'ottima conoscenza dell’italiano e dell’inglese
- Sede di lavoro: Milano, Via Pirelli
- Orario di lavoro: Full time con opzione di smart working

- You will develop and execute Strategic Product Plans
- You will collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- You will analyze Market Trends and Customer Feedback
- You will innovate and inhance Product Features
- You will monitor Product Performance and Adapt Strategies
- You have a Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field
- You have 1-2 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the beauty sector
- You are proficient in the Office suite, especially Excel
- You have a strong passion for the Beauty world and its continuous innovations
- You have an excellent knowledge of Italian and English
- Work location: Milan, Via Pirelli
- Working Hours: Full Time with remote working options available
