About Tecorien

Tecorien is a product development company that builds and supports mobility management platforms for US-based healthcare transportation firms. Our software powers ground transportation operations across the United States—moving millions of passengers every year through dispatch systems, driver apps, passenger booking platforms, and back-office solutions.

100+ engineers. 10+ shipped products. Long-term partnerships, not projects.

Why This Role Exists

We're scaling. Our platform spans multiple products, tenants, and feature domains—and we need someone to own delivery for a dedicated performance team.

You'll lead a small team of engineers (3–6 people), own specific platform features end-to-end, and ensure they ship, improve, and stay stable. You're not a VP managing managers—you're a senior IC/lead working daily with engineers, collaborating with distributed European teams, and aligning with US stakeholders when needed.

This is ownership, not overhead.

What You'll Do

Team Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead a performance team of 3–6 engineers (frontend/backend) focused on specific platform components
  • Own initiative delivery: define scope, sequence work, remove blockers, ship increments
  • Structurize work in Linear: tickets, sprints, priorities, Definition of Ready/Done
  • Coordinate with other European teams to align dependencies and deliverables

Product Ownership

  • Be accountable for specific features/modules within our healthcare mobility platform
  • Understand goals, infrastructure, and user workflows deeply enough to make trade-off decisions
  • Partner with engineering leads on feasibility, sizing, and technical approach
  • Track feature health: stability, performance, user feedback, improvement opportunities

Strategy & Planning

  • Translate business goals into clear initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • Own roadmap for your domain: quarterly themes → sprint plans → shipped value
  • Identify risks early; escalate or solve before they become blockers
  • Report progress and achievements to leadership and US stakeholders

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work Riga hours primarily, with flexibility to overlap US schedule when needed
  • Host reviews, write release notes, communicate progress clearly in English
  • Align cross-team on what ships globally vs. what's feature-specific

AI & Prototyping (Plus)

  • Embrace AI tools to accelerate work—Claude for analysis, Lovable/v0 for rapid prototyping
  • We train and support adoption; curiosity and willingness to learn is what matters

KPIs we care about:

  • Initiatives delivered on time and to spec
  • Reduced blockers and spillovers sprint-over-sprint
  • Feature stability and performance maintained or improved
  • Clear, consistent communication with stakeholders

What You Bring

Experience

  • 3–5 years in TPM, Delivery Manager, or Technical PM roles on software products
  • Track record of owning delivery end-to-end—not just tracking tickets, but driving outcomes
  • Experience leading or coordinating small engineering teams
  • SaaS/platform product experience required; healthcare, logistics, or mobility domain is a plus

Technical Fluency

  • Comfortable discussing architecture at a product-technical level (you won't review code, but you need to understand systems)
  • Familiarity with our stack is a plus: React (frontend), Go (backend), Python (AI automations), native mobile apps
  • Proficient with Linear or similar tools (Jira, Asana)
  • Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, and how features connect

Mindset

  • Ownership mentality: you don't wait for instructions, you drive outcomes
  • Structured thinker: you bring clarity to ambiguity
  • Proactive communicator: blockers surface early, progress is visible
  • Curious about AI tools and willing to learn new approaches

Languages

  • English — fluent (written and spoken) — required. You'll communicate with US stakeholders.
  • Russian — a plus (large part of team is Russian-speaking)

What We Offer

  • Salary: €3,000 – €4,000 gross/month (based on experience)
  • Equipment provided
  • Paid time off
  • Training & corporate trips
  • AI tools & learning: We actively support adoption of Claude, Lovable, and other productivity tools
  • Growth path: Start with one team, expand scope as you prove capability
  • Stable product work: Long-term client partnerships, not agency churn

Hiring Process

Fast and focused:

  1. Intro call with recruiter
  2. Technical/behavioral interview with engineering leadership

We respect your time. No endless rounds.

How to Apply

Send your application to [email protected] with:

  1. Resume/CV
  2. 1–2 examples of your work (any of these help):
  • Initiative or project you delivered: what was the goal, how you structured it, what shipped
  • Roadmap or sprint plan you owned
  • Release notes or stakeholder update you authored
  • Brief note on biggest delivery challenge you solved

This helps us move fast and have a real conversation about your experience.
