Spotwise is one of Latvia’s fastest-growing adtech startups, backed by 500 Global, empowering broadcasters with real-time market insights and sales automations. We’re growing our core team and looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help us build and scale an enterprise B2B SaaS platform across markets — working closely with the founders and product team.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end: from technical design and development to deployment and monitoring
• Implement new front-end and back-end functionality for the content platform and related services
• Own cloud & system architecture decisions: scalability, security, cost, observability, reliability
• Build enterprise SaaS capabilities as needed: multi-tenancy, permissions, audit logs, secure auth flows
• Improve engineering operations: CI/CD, environments, monitoring, incident readiness
• Write and maintain automated tests to ensure reliability and long-term maintainability

Requirements

• Product focused software engineering experience 
• Fluency in TypeScript + React and willingness to learn
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure) + architecture thinking
• Enterprise B2B SaaS experience (complex workflows, high reliability/security expectations)
• Ownership mindset, clear communication, comfort in fast-moving teams
• Fluent in Latvian and English (German, French, Italian is a great plus)*
