In this role, you will drive operational technical leadership by translating strategic goals into clear, actionable execution across Team Leads and the wider IT organization. Your work will directly impact the team’s ability to remove blockers quickly, maintain high engineering quality standards, and deliver secure solutions that protect sensitive data and prevent security breaches.

🎯 What You’ll Do on daily basis:

• Ensure tasks are delivered on time according to sprint plans and team commitments;
• Coordinate day-to-day team activities and remove blockers to maintain steady progress;
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives);
• Monitor team capacity, help plan workloads, and prioritize tasks effectively;
• Ensure high technical quality standards, best practices, and consistent engineering processes;
• Identify and resolve technical or organizational issues to drive effective solutions;
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivating team culture;
• Provide constructive feedback, support career growth, and mentor team members;
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other cross-functional partners to ensure smooth product delivery;
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and priorities clearly and transparently.

✅ Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams or working in Team Lead / Tech Lead roles;
• Experience across multiple engineering areas (back-end, front-end, mobile, QA);
• Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies;
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and ensure productive execution across multiple teams;
• Excellent communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills;
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment;
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Salary:

3700,72 - 5382,88 Eur (gross)
