QA Automation Engineer

Our team of 1,000+ engineers operates out of 8 engineering hubs running code 24/7/365 to serve users around the world. This is run through a modern software stack supporting over 250 fully automated releases per month to our main live environment. As a valued member of the development team, you will be involved in carrying out analysis, design, and creation of tests and resolving system problems in a fast-paced environment.

You will need to:

• Work with developers back to back, know what they cover in unit tests (in JavaScript, and Python), help them define integration and API tests, and develop UI tests together.
• Perform all means of testing (manual/automated, functional/non-functional, black-box/white-box).
• Take an active part in the transition to continuous deployment and building pipelines and proper test pyramid.
• Introduce exploratory testing sessions, mob-testing, and other means that will lead to the team testing their product together.

To succeed in this role you should have:

• 3+ years of total experience in test automation.
• Knowledge of automation testing with Javascript/Typescript.
• Experience with client-server integration testing and e2e test automation.
• Passion for testing and aspiration to deliver the high-quality product.
• Mobile automation experience is a plus.
• Great communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of English is required, as the company is international and it is necessary to communicate in English with foreign colleagues on a daily basis.
• Ability to work and achieve results without daily supervision and collaborating with other engineers.
