🎯 Your role: As a UX/UI Designer, you'll work directly with our CPO to design and improve our ATS platform. You'll own the entire design process from research to final specifications and documentation. This role requires autonomy: you translate strategic direction into design solutions, maintain documentation, and work independently day-to-day.
🚀 What you'll do:
- Design user experiences across our platform: applicant tracking, campaign management, application pages, and candidate portals
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate your designs
- Present design options with clear rationale and recommendations during review sessions
- Own and maintain all design documentation like specs, user flows, research findings, and design system guidelines
- Develop and maintain our design system and component libraries in Figma
- Design onboarding flows and in-product guidance (PLG approach)
- Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth handoff and quality implementation
- Work autonomously while knowing when to seek input on strategic decisions
- 2-3+ years of UX/UI design experience in B2B SaaS products
- Proven experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies
- Strong portfolio showing your end-to-end design process
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of front-end development principles
- Self-starter who can work autonomously and take full ownership
- Ability to present and defend design decisions with data
- Fluency in English is a must
- You'll work from our Porto office, collaborating with our international team
