Your Responsibilities

As a Project Manager/Business Analyst, you will take the lead in planning and executing small to medium-sized projects within our technological ecosystem. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you conduct thorough business and system analyses, working closely with stakeholders, partners, and end-users to gather and document requirements effectively.

You will support our development team by translating business needs into actionable insights and ensuring that our software remains user-friendly and functional. Additionally, your involvement in daily IT support processes will help address incidents, bugs, and new requirements promptly. Collaborating with the Head of IT, you will also play a vital role in global projects and transformative technological initiatives.

What You Bring

Technical Skills:

• A solid background in Project Management, preferably with Agile methodologies.
• Business Analysis expertise, particularly in the FinTech and credit sectors (experience in these areas is a plus but not a requirement).
• Strong documentation skills for business and system requirements.
• Excellent communication abilities, with a knack for engaging directly with stakeholders and end-users.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles will be an added advantage.

Soft Skills:

• A collaborative team player with a hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving.
• High levels of responsibility and autonomy, with a genuine willingness to learn and adapt.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluency in Latvian and English is required; knowledge of Russian is nice to have.
