Responsibilities:
Leads internal and external teams of consulting unit, enables business value, provides strategic guidance and technical expertise, allocates specialists.
- Develop and execute the cybersecurity consulting strategy
- Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity architects and engineers.
- Advise divisions on cybersecurity best practices, standards, and regulations
- Develop and deliver customized cybersecurity solutions in scope of IT, OT and Product Security
- Delivers Risk Assessment, Security Architecture Reviews, and Security Solution Designs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Competencies:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years in IT, Cybersecurity or Business Consulting, and 3+ years in a leadership role ideally in Cybersecurity
- Following certificates are preferred; CISSP or CISM, ITIL or COBIT, TOGAF as well as Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- English is a Must, German and French are a plus.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks
- Strong knowledge of security technologies
- Customer and Stakeholder Management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Readiness for global travel
