We’re looking for a Product Manager for Viva Games, a company in the online gambling industry.
This role is key to shaping the product vision and driving innovation across multiple verticals, sportsbook, casino, lottery, virtuals, and player account management. The mission is to define a long-term strategic direction, enhance the end-to-end player journey, and ensure a seamless, high-quality experience across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will blend deep industry and regulatory expertise with strong analytical thinking, customer understanding, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
The role is on-site from the HQ in Floreasca area, District 1.
Work schedule: M-F 9-6 p.m.
Requirements:
Must Have
- Deep industry & regulatory knowledge
- Expertise in key gambling product domains (sportsbook, casino, lottery, virtuals, player account management, analytics)
- Strong product strategy & vision
- Data analytics & decision-making skills
- Customer & market understanding
Should Have
- UX/UI experience for high-conversion journeys
- Good understanding of content providers
- Familiarity with PSP functionality
- Technical background
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap
- Drive innovation while balancing compliance and risk requirements
- Enhance key parts of the funnel: onboarding, deposit, gameplay, bet placement, withdrawals
- Monitor and reduce bugs, lag, and UX drop-off points
- Product Roadmap & Prioritization
- Own the roadmap for all verticals
- Manage cross-team timeline dependencies
- Player Experience & Product Quality
- Ensure a high-quality, mobile-first player experience
- Oversee UX research, usability testing, and customer insights
- Product Delivery & Execution
- Lead product delivery
- Oversee feature specification, roadmap breakdown, and product backlog
- Ensure on-time, high-quality releases
- Coordinate with engineering leads on architecture, scalability, and performance
