Responsibilities
- Perform manual and automated embedded testing within agile teams
- Develop and maintain test automation (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress)
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Create test data, simulate test environments, and support tool/framework selection
- Identify and document defects and analyze test results to drive quality improvements
- Contribute to test strategies and continuous QA practices
Profile
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Several years of QA/testing experience in agile environments as an embedded tester
- Strong automation and programming skills (Java, Python)
- Experience with CI/CD and test management tools (JIRA, Xray, Azure DevOps)
- Analytical, detail‑oriented, proactive, and communicative
- Fluent in German and English (min. B2)
- Swiss project experience; public sector preferred
- Bonus: AI/GenAI testing experience
