Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads through calls, email, and digital channels
- Support lead qualification and early-stage opportunity development
- Communicate Nordic Defender’s value proposition clearly and professionally
- Conduct basic prospect research to personalize outreach
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams
- Support sales campaigns and follow-up activities
What We’re Looking For
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology environments
- Comfortable communicating with decision-makers and professionals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Structured, reliable, and process-oriented approach to sales
- Basic understanding of SaaS sales cycles and recurring revenue models
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
- Interest in cybersecurity and willingness to learn technical concepts
- A reliable home office setup suitable for a professional sales role, including a quiet working environment, stable high-speed internet, and appropriate equipment for calls and online meetings
