Job Mission
Your mission is to design and build scalable data and automation solutions that transform operational and tactical supply chain processes into reliable, data-driven workflows. Using languages such as Python, Java, or other relevant technologies, you will develop pipelines, models, and tools that enable near touchless execution, improving speed, accuracy, and resilience across the supply chain.
Data Engineering, Automation & Optimization
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and applications that automate operational activities and enhance tactical decision models.
- Develop data models and datasets that improve planning accuracy and supply chain visibility.
- Define and maintain a data & automation roadmap aligned with business and stakeholder needs.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities using analytics, automation, and best practices.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across systems.
Operational Responsibilities
- Collaborate within a team of data engineers and analysts to deliver reliable, production-ready solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in data pipelines and automation workflows.
- Maintain and continuously improve the data and application landscape.
- Support stakeholders with insights and data products for operational and tactical decision-making.
Education
- A relevant Master’s degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Operations Research, Supply Chain, Econometrics, Applied Mathematics) or
- A Bachelor’s degree combined with relevant experience and a strong analytical mindset.
Experience
- Proven experience in programming (e.g., Python, Java, SQL, or other modern languages).
- Strong skills in data analysis, data modeling, and building data pipelines.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Data Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and integrating business data is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with databases, cloud platforms, or big data tools is an advantage.
