Sigma Group is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Node.js, Python, Kubernetes, DevOps, Data Mining, and a solid understanding of telecom systems such as high-concurrency voice/SMS traffic.

This role focuses on building scalable backend systems, deploying microservices, implementing AI-driven automation, and supporting telecom-grade infrastructure.

🔹 Responsibilities

*Full-Stack Development:

Develop backend services using Node.js and Python

Build scalable microservices and API-driven architectures

Develop internal tools, dashboards, and workflow automation

Integrate AI/LLM models into existing processes and systems

*DevOps & Infrastructure:

Containerize and deploy applications with Docker & Kubernetes

Build and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)

Ensure system reliability, uptime, and performance monitoring

Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean)

*AI & Automation:

Implement AI-based pattern recognition and anomaly detection

Build intelligent automations, chatbots, and rule-based systems

Use machine learning and LLM APIs to enhance product capabilities

🔹 Requirements

4+ years of experience in software development

Expert in Node.js

Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask, data processing tools)

Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, DevOps pipelines

Strong background in data mining, ETL, analytics

Solid understanding of telecom technologies (SIP, signaling, routing)

Experience with high-concurrency, high-performance systems

Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)

Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

*Preferred Qualifications:

Experience integrating AI models (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.)

Basic knowledge of coding for automation (webhooks, APIs)

Understanding of microservice architecture at scale
