We are seeking a Regional Manager for our corporate retail business partner, for whom we provide consultancy services, to be responsible for operations across Mersin, Adana, Antalya and Izmir.

This role will be responsible for managing the commercial performance, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth of the stores within the assigned region.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor sales, stock, shrinkage, and process KPI performance of the stores within the region and collaborate with relevant teams to drive improvement actions,
• Plan and implement initiatives to ensure profitability, budget alignment, and effective cost management based on P&L performance,
• Lead new store openings as well as expansion, downsizing, renovation, and closing processes, while preparing performance forecasts and projections,
• Ensure the implementation of regional operational strategies and commercial standards; develop action plans with store teams for identified improvement areas,
• Represent the company in communications with local stakeholders, institutions, and organizations, ensuring effective coordination across the region,
• Develop and follow up tailored action plans for underperforming stores,
• Conduct regular performance and development meetings with Store/Operations Managers in the region,
• Contribute to the preparation of annual workforce, target, and operational plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from relevant university departments,
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in retail, including at least 2 years in regional leadership roles managing teams and performance,
• Strong competency in managing operational processes, improving efficiency, and analyzing financial results,
• Experience working in dynamic, field-oriented retail environments with a results-driven approach,
• Ability to adapt to a mobile working model and a fast-paced business environment with frequent travel,
• Strong English proficiency with well-developed communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
