Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Warsaw, Poland - Hybrid: 3 Days to Office Every Week

Duration: 6 Months - Extendable

Employment Type: Contract B2B

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with business and technology teams in a regulated (GxP) environment.

What you’ll do:

• Work with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria (SMART / INVEST)
• Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT
• Ensure requirements meet GxP and validation standards
• Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a Business Analyst in Life Sciences, Pharma, or regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum ways of working
• Experience using JIRA (Airfocus is a plus)
• Ability to ask good questions and challenge requirements constructively
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with Veeva, Salesforce, or regulated platforms
