Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Warsaw, Poland - Hybrid: 3 Days to Office Every Week
Duration: 6 Months - Extendable

Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with business and technology teams in a regulated (GxP) environment.
What you’ll do:
- Work with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria (SMART / INVEST)
- Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT
- Ensure requirements meet GxP and validation standards
- Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a Business Analyst in Life Sciences, Pharma, or regulated environments
- Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum ways of working
- Experience using JIRA (Airfocus is a plus)
- Ability to ask good questions and challenge requirements constructively
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with Veeva, Salesforce, or regulated platforms
