Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field,
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Development or Services & Solutions roles,
• Strong background in value added services (VAS), after-sales services, telco, consumer electronics or retail environments,
• Proven experience in managing complex product portfolios and multiple service offerings,
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights,
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills,
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrix organizations,
• Fluent in English,
• Experience working with international stakeholders or HQ structures,
• Familiarity with retail operations and in-store service execution.

Job Description:

• Owning the end-to-end product lifecycle of branded and value added services, from ideation to launch and optimization
• Designing and develop revenue-generating service offerings such as device setup, installation, maintenance, subscriptions and other after-sales solutions
• Managing the commercial and operational performance of services, including pricing, margin, uptake, and profitability
• Working closely with Retail, After Sales, Commercial, Consumer Finance, and E-commerce teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Coordinating with external partners and suppliers to develop scalable and high-quality service solutions
• Preparing business cases, feasibility studies and go-to-market plans for new service initiatives
• Analyzing performance data and customer insights to continuously improve service propositions
• Contributing to the overall servitization strategy of MediaMarkt Türkiye
• Ensuring consistent service experience across stores, online channels and customer touchpoints.
