Qualifications:

• University degree from related departments
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Product/Category Management preferably in Retail sector
• Negotiation skills and ability to assert oneself
• Professional experience in strategic purchasing
• Having an analytical mindset
• Supply Chain Management know how
• Experience in the negotiation and support of Procurement agreements
• Experience in project and process management
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Pro-active and self-motivated, willing to take responsibility
• Customer oriented
• Support open communication and feedback culture
• Open to change and innovation

Job Description:

• Negotiation of the conditions and supplier agreements with our suppliers and partners
• Responsible for the supplier management
• Analysis of the purchasing market
• Setting up and cultivating strategic relationships with suppliers on national level
• Buying selected volume products for all stores in the country
• Analysis of Sales & Stock for related category
• Management of product & promotion campaigns, marketing activities
• Experience in Ecommerce of the related product group
• Trend scout for all innovations and product trends
