JOB DESCRIPTION

• Establishing, implementing, and continuously improving the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across the organization in line with international standards (ISO 31000, COSO, etc.).
• Proactively identifying, prioritizing, and managing strategic, operational, financial, legal, and environmental risks in accordance with the company’s risk appetite.
• Managing Quality (ISO 9001), Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 45001), Environmental Management (ISO 14001), and Information Security (ISO 27001) Management Systems within an integrated, end-to-end structure.
• Defining the sustainability (ESG) strategy and monitoring performance against established targets.
• Developing Business Continuity Plans (BCP) specific to logistics operations, preparing crisis management scenarios, and ensuring operational resilience.
• Designing process management and continuous improvement initiatives with a risk-based approach and integrating internal control mechanisms into business processes.
• Coordinating external audits (certification bodies, customers, regulatory authorities, and AEO/YYS, etc.), analyzing audit findings, and overseeing root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Leading Risk, Quality, HSE, and Sustainability teams to foster cross-functional collaboration and capability development.
• Preparing strategic risk reports, performance indicators, and actionable recommendations for the General Manager and the Board of Directors.
• Driving initiatives to promote a strong culture of risk awareness, quality excellence, and sustainability across the organization.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA or a Master’s degree in Risk Management is preferred).
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in risk management, quality, process management, HSE, and sustainability.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in senior management roles (Director / Group Manager / CRO).
• Strong understanding of the operational dynamics, regulatory environment, and international standards of the logistics, transportation, or warehousing sectors.
• Proven expertise and hands-on experience in Integrated Management Systems, ESG frameworks, and sustainability reporting (GRI, etc.).
• Preferably holding professional certifications such as CRM (Certified Risk Manager), CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), or relevant ISO Lead Auditor certifications.
• Strong strategic mindset with advanced analytical skills and the ability to make swift, effective decisions in crisis situations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with high persuasion capability.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
