Data Engineer

Role Overview:

• Operate at the intersection of data science, data engineering, AI engineering, and operations.
• Collaborate closely with the DaaS Delivery Operations team and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Key responsibilities include:
• Developing technical specifications.
• Designing evaluation workflows.
• Implementing quality standards and measurement frameworks.
• Building ML-assisted applications to optimize data pipelines and drive technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Discovery & Presales

• Support sales teams in scoping projects and assessing technical feasibility.
• Prepare technical demos, specifications, and sample datasets.
• Define success metrics and baseline evaluation frameworks.

Project Delivery

• Build and maintain data pipelines and quality measurement systems.
• Generate and enhance synthetic datasets to accelerate client workflows.
• Deliver production-ready datasets with clear documentation and QA standards.

Technical Partnership & Innovation

• Define production workflows and ensure smooth client implementations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and unblock delivery teams.
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and evaluation methods.
• Identify opportunities to extend or expand client engagements.

Required Skills & Technologies

• Experience: 5+ years in data science or data engineering roles.
• Technical Skills: Python, SQL, pandas, Plotly, Streamlit, Dash.
• ML & AI: Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and deploying ML in production environments.
• APIs: Experience working with APIs and interpreting technical documentation.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication abilities.

Team
