About the Role

We are seeking a JR System Engineer to support and manage our business systems, primarily within the Zoho ecosystem.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a technical background who are eager to learn how real-world business processes are built, operated, and optimized using modern technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the operation and maintenance of Zoho CRM and related business systems

Support internal users with system-related requests and issues

Help translate business requirements into system workflows

Create and maintain basic automations, forms, and reports

Ensure data accuracy, system continuity, and access management

Work closely with operations and technical teams to improve system efficiency

Qualifications

Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field

Basic programming knowledge and understanding of algorithms

Strong interest in systems, technology, and process optimization

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Willingness to learn, adapt, and take responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or enterprise systems

Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or automation concepts

Interest in platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, SAP, or similar
