pladis is looking for Compensation, Reward, & HR Analytics Manager for our pladis Center of Excellence Team.



Key Deliverables



Compensation & Total Rewards


  • Design, implement, and manage compensation programs including base salary, variable pay, and bonuses.
  • Conduct regular market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure competitiveness across regions and roles.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to provide compensation guidance for talent acquisition, retention, promotions, and organizational changes.
  • Lead job evaluation processes and maintain job architecture and salary grade structures.



Reward Strategy


  • Develop and execute reward policies and frameworks aligned with business strategy.
  • Manage global compensation review cycles (annual merit, bonus payouts, equity awards).
  • Advise on reward implications of HR policies and practices, fostering alignment with strategic goals.
  • Evaluate and enhance benefit programs in collaboration with Total Rewards.



HR Analytics & Reporting


  • Develop and maintain comprehensive HR dashboards, analytics models, and metrics to support decision-making across the employee lifecycle.
  • Provide actionable insights using compensation, performance, engagement, turnover, and workforce planning data.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure HR data integrity and quality.
  • Lead advanced analytics projects, predictive modeling, and workforce forecasting initiatives.




What Do You Need for This Role?



  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of progressive experience in compensation, rewards, HR analytics, or related Total Rewards roles within a corporate/global environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, HR Analytics tools, and visualization (e.g., Power BI).
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and compensation software.
  • Experience with Korn Ferry, MERCER, Willis Towers Watson Grading and Salary Management Systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive results across multiple regions.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
