  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date product documentation, including system configurations, process flows, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Release Management: Support the planning and execution of bi-annual NetSuite upgrades, conducting rigorous pre- and post-upgrade testing.

  • Reporting: Generate standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards within NetSuite to provide operational teams (Finance, Sales, Operations) with necessary data, such as commission tracking and policy payment status.

3. Insurance Domain and Process Learning

  • Process Mapping: Develop a deep understanding of core insurance business processes—especially those related to policy inception, premium accounting, commission reconciliation, and regulatory financial reporting—and how they are mapped and executed in NetSuite.
  • Compliance: Assist in ensuring that NetSuite processes and data collection comply with the financial and security regulations set by the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE).
