Job Knowledge: -

Tools & techniques for IT Project Management

In Depth knowledge about the various IT resources required for organizational functioning and project delivery.

Experience and Knowledge in Applying Agile in Waterfall Projects.

In depth understanding of end-to-end IT Project Management.

Planning, Cost and budget analysis.

Certifications related to IT Project Management.

Managerial & Leadership: -

Team Management

Time Management

Leadership

Coaching & Mentorship

Behavior's: -

Conceptual Thinking, Strategic Orientation, Team Leadership, Analytical Thinking, Innovation, Flexibility, Integrity.

Prior work experience required: -

Minimum 8+ years experience as an IT Project Manager with exposure in a Banking/Financial institution.

An overall experience of more than 10 years.

Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance/ Banking Industry.

Demonstrated experience managing technology and business projects.

Experience in delivering Waterfall and Agile Methodology projects.

Tools - Microsoft Office suite as well as Visio & Project Clarity PPM.

Certification Required - Certified Project Management (PMP/Prince 2)
