Our client is a global leader in IT, delivering innovative software-defined networking, cloud, and security solutions that help organizations transform their businesses and build a more inclusive future. The product focuses on cloud-based email security, addressing risks such as account takeovers, business email compromise, and malware infections. It leverages advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, including natural language processing. Multiple detection engines analyze incoming emails simultaneously to identify known, emerging, and targeted threats, ensuring a high level of protection for enterprise customers.

IF YOU ARE

• Proficient in coding and troubleshooting using Python

• Familiar with basic SMTP concepts and email security fundamentals

• A strong communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

• Able to collaborate effectively with Cisco TAC and other customer-facing teams

• Experience working with Cisco technologies (nice to have)

• Working knowledge of AWS, Datadog, Redshift, and DynamoDB (nice to have)

• Experience coding in Go (nice to have)

• Familiar with Business Entity Management (BEM) systems (nice to have)

• Experience with BEMS ticketing systems or similar platforms (e.g., Cisco TAC CS1) (nice to have)

AND YOU WANT TO
