We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Hunter to drive new business and revenue growth within the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the BFS industry, a proven track record of winning new business, and the ability to develop strategic relationships with key decision makers. This role demands an innovative mindset, exceptional sales skills, and a strong technical foundation.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a very entrepreneurial-driven culture, exhibit high values and ethical work practices, and have experience in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a private equity-led firm would be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Engagements: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with major Banking and Fintech clients to drive revenue growth.
- Sales Leadership: Lead sales efforts to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative digital solutions that meet the specific needs of Banking and financial services clients.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Apexon's footprint within the Banking and financial services sector.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide sales and account management teams to ensure alignment with business goals and client expectations.

- Strong technical foundation with experience in digital transformation, AI, machine learning, blockchain, and cloud computing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives.
