Role Overview

As a Sales-Oriented Account Executive, you will be a hunter responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding NOMINIS’s footprint across financial institutions, compliance teams, government agencies, and Web3 enterprises.

You will own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to pitching, negotiation, and closing. This role is ideal for a driven, high-energy sales professional who can sell complex SaaS solutions within the blockchain intelligence and compliance ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities


  • Prospect Relentlessly:
  • Identify, engage, and qualify high-potential clients through outbound outreach, networking, and targeted campaigns.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the blockchain ecosystem and identify key decision-makers and buying signals.


  • Own the Full Sales Cycle:
  • Manage the sales process end-to-end, from first contact to contract close.
  • Tailor NOMINIS’s value proposition to specific client needs in areas such as AML compliance, risk mitigation, and blockchain forensics.


  • Pitch with Impact:
  • Deliver compelling demos and presentations that highlight the power of NOMINIS’s intelligence platform.
  • Confidently handle objections and communicate value to technical and executive audiences alike.


  • Achieve and Exceed Targets:
  • Consistently meet or surpass monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline and forecasting within the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, PIpedrive).


  • Collaborate Strategically:
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to refine messaging, improve conversion, and ensure seamless client onboarding.


  • Market Awareness:
  • Stay informed on developments in blockchain analytics, AML regulations, and emerging compliance frameworks to effectively position NOMINIS as an industry leader.


Qualifications

  • 1+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales in the blockchain sector.
  • 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to hunt and close new business from cold outreach through to signed contract.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, AML and KYC compliance, and financial crime prevention use cases.
  • Must be located in the U.S.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven approach with disciplined pipeline and forecast management.
  • Highly self-motivated, competitive, and able to excel in a fast-paced startup environment.
