About The Role

Certiwise is looking for a UI/UX Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. This role involves working on client projects as well as guiding and mentoring students who are enrolled in UI/UX training programs at Certiwise. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user interface and user experience design, practical design skills, and the ability to explain concepts clearly to students. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to real-world projects while shaping the next generation of UI/UX professionals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, IT, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, user research, and design systems.
  • Experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to manage both client work and student guidance effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Design user interfaces and user experiences for client websites, web apps, and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
  • Enhance usability, consistency, and visual appeal across various projects.
  • Review and refine designs based on feedback from clients and internal teams to meet project objectives.
  • Guide and support UI/UX students during their training at Certiwise, fostering their growth and understanding of design principles.
  • Explain design concepts, tools, and best practices in a simple and clear manner to learners.
  • Assist students with their design assignments, portfolio development, and project work to prepare them for industry standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and standards to ensure the delivery of modern and relevant designs.
