Job Title: Technical Project Manager Duck Creek (P&C Insurance)

Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager with deep expertise in Duck Creek and a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions across underwriting, claims, policy administration, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of software projects using Duck Creek Suite (Policy, Billing, Claims)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders in P&C Insurance to define project scope, requirements, and success criteria
• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between technical teams and business goals Oversee development, testing, deployment, and support of Duck Creek-based insurance applications
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, data privacy, and regulatory requirements Drive integration efforts with third-party systems (e.g., Guidewire, InsurTech platforms, legacy systems)
• Coordinate Duck Creek configuration, rating, and form development efforts Manage Duck Creek upgrades, patching, and environment strategy across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production
• Oversee data migration and mapping from legacy systems to Duck Creek Work closely with Duck Creek vendor teams and internal developers to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery Monitor Duck Creek performance and scalability, ensuring optimal system health Monitor project KPIs, risks, and budgets
• Provide regular updates to leadership Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Good years of experience in technical project management, with at least 3 years in P&C Insurance domain
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Duck Creek implementations or integrations Strong understanding of Duck Creek architecture, tools (Author, Express, Data Insights), and deployment models
• Experience with Microsoft stack: .NET / C#, ASP.NET Core, Azure Services, SQL Server, Power BI, Power Platform Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with other insurance systems such as Guidewire or similar platforms Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification preferred
