We are looking for experienced Odoo Developers to join our team on a contract basis for 3–6 months, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs. We are looking for experienced Odoo Developers to join our team on a contract basis for 3–6 months, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Odoo development, customization, and integration, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable business solutions.
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules as per business requirements
- Analyze business processes and translate them into effective Odoo solutions
- Perform Odoo backend development using Python and PostgreSQL
- Customize Odoo views, workflows, reports, and security rules
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best practices
- Provide technical support during deployment and post-implementation
- Collaborate with functional consultants, QA, and stakeholders
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development
- Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo ORM
- Experience with Odoo versions (v12 and above preferred)
- Good knowledge of Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.
- Experience in XML, JavaScript, and QWeb reports
- Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
