Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Applied AI Engineer (Fresher) to join our AI Engineering team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in Data Structures & Algorithms, combined with a keen interest in machine learning, deep learning, and AI application development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize algorithms for AI-based applications.
• Work closely with senior engineers and data scientists to develop AI models and integrate them into production systems.
• Translate abstract problems into efficient code and scalable solutions.
• Assist in data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging activities.
• Research and experiment with new AI tools, frameworks, and architectures.
• Maintain clear documentation of models, code, and system architecture.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of DSA (Data Structures and Algorithms) – ability to solve complex problems efficiently.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn.
• Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, model training, overfitting, etc.).
• Familiarity with at least one deep learning framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch is a plus).
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming and software engineering fundamentals.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Enthusiastic to learn and grow in the field of AI.

Good to Have (Optional):

• Exposure to AI/ML projects during college, internships, or hackathons.
• Having Experience in Reinforcement Learning is a plus.
• Experience with Git, Docker, or any cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of computer vision, NLP, or reinforcement learning.
• Contributions to open-source projects or research papers.

Education:

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, AI, ML & Data Science
• Strong academic record with demonstrable interest in AI, ML, or data science.
