Chief Executive Officer - Innovative Cross-Border Payments Scale-Up

Arnold Ash Group are exclusively partnered with an innovative cross-border payments provider in their search for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the growth strategy for their business. The role will oversee all areas of the business with a particular focus on Operations & Commercial as they embark on the next phase of their exciting growth journey. The CEO will be joining an established and profitable business with strong foundations to build upon.

Our client are looking for a CEO who;

• Has worked in the sector, preferably at a Neobank or International Payments provider
• Has led a business through significant scaling (ideally from c. 100 to 500+).
• Will arrive with a strong understanding of cross-border transactions and will have a strong network in the space.
• Will have exposure to acquiring and operating on multiple regulated licenses across multiple jurisdictions .
• Has managed a diverse range of products across B2B & B2C; ideally in Accounts, FX, Crypto, etc.

This is opportunity will give an entrepreneurial leader the platform to scale a business under the guidance of a board of industry veterans. Building upon the strong foundations of the business, the CEO will lead a clear strategy to deliver growth, innovation and true global market expansion.

This position can be based in London, or elsewhere with travel. The package is flexible but will include a proportionate options element aligned to the growth ambitions of the business.
